HIGH ADVENTURE

The High Adventure Teens (H.A.T.) group is an energetic way for girls 11 - 17 to have fun, make friends and enjoy new adventures with other girls. H.A.T. members enjoy exhilarating activities that can be somewhat physically demanding and a little beyond their usual comfort zone. The H.A.T. group welcomes both individual Girl Scouts and girls who belong to troops.

H.A.T. members choose their own level of participation, depending on their personal preferences and availability. Working in partnership with supportive adult advisors, H.A.T. members plan girl-focused recreational activities that are a bit out of the ordinary, lively, and challenging. H.A.T members share a sense of accomplishment and celebrate the power of girls together through such activities as: extreme backpacking, whitewater rafting, and overnight beach hikes.
